Refund & Return Policy

4.1 Return Window

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging.


4.2 Return Process

  1. Email support@hizoomassagers.com
  2. Provide order number and reason for return
  3. We will issue return instructions

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.


4.3 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.


4.4 Defective Items

Report defective or damaged items to support promptly with photos/videos so we can issue a replacement or refund.


4.5 Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellation turns into a return per this policy.
